Takeaways

It was a great pleasure to work as a Design Intern in the Agent Cooperation Network development program at BEKE. I started with sketches to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. I worked closely with my intern mentor, a product manager, and a front-end engineer. The end-to-end design of BEKE's Realtor info processing platform streamlined the output process for property reports and provided a richer, and more engaging experience with their customers, which increased transactions by 12% within 3 months. Unfortunately, due to NDA, I can't share any specific details about my project.

Pay more attention to details on copy and use the right components from the design system.

Handle the complexity and ambiguity of a small yet text-heavy project.

Improve my skills in communicating and collaborating with product managers and engineers.
